Cancellation and Return Policy

We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase. We have multiple products. We always try to give you the best product. The quality of the product will depend on its price. We have a Low to High Range Product, according to your selection. Please note that shipping charges are included with this product price.

Special note for the customer: Please do not receive the parcel if it is damaged or defective. Please notify us with your Order ID and Phone number. We will resend the item.

Returns Policy

If you receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 2 days of the delivery date. Our support team will help you.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Reason for return: You should provide a valid reason for return.

  2. Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories that came with it.

  3. Unused Product: The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products that show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

  4. Customized Products Are Non-Refundable.

  5. Unwashed Product: The product must be unwashed. Products that have been washed or altered in any way will not be accepted for a refund.

  6. Clear Video Proof: You must provide an opening (360-degree) clear video proof showing the product’s condition upon receipt. The video should display any defects or issues with the product, as well as the packaging (The unboxing video is mandatory to validate any claims). The return will not be approved if the packet appears to be already opened, taped, or broken.

  7. Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the Fulia Mart team.

  8. Over distance is not returnable.

  9. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products based on personal preferences, dislikes, or a change of mind once the product has been delivered in good condition.

  10. Return requests placed over WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or call will not be accepted; only email will be accepted.

If all conditions are true, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product by mail. Once we receive your return or refund request, our team will review the video proof. If your request meets our refund policy criteria, we will mail back and process your refund or replacement (If we are able to replace your parcel, you will be given a replacement; otherwise, you will be given a refund).

  • Unboxing Video Proof (Mandatory)

Our team will review the video proof and process your refund or replacement.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Is it allowed to request for cancellation?

      • You can cancel any order till the time it is not dispatched from the Seller or Wrong order or to modify in the quantity

    • How can I cancel my order?

      • You can cancel an order by clicking on the Cancel link/button.

      • You will be able to cancel an order till the time it is not dispatched from the seller. In case you are unable to cancel an order from the app or website, you can reject the order at doorstep.

    • The amount will be refunded to you within 5-7 working days, in accordance with our Refund policy.

    • No cancellation or Door step rejection allowed for “No returns applicable products” , in case denied at doorstep no refund will be provided for prepaid order.

Jolly`s Creation always wants to keep its customers happy. So, we have return policies. However, to avoid any mishandling of the products, we have strict rules for return policies. We are very particular about the process of delivery. We have all the best products that are unique and quality-checked. So, there is very little chance of damage from our end. For that matter, we recheck and pack properly to avoid any damage to the product.

We have dedicated professionals who are confident and particular about our delivery. However, our customers’ comfort is our priority. So, we have return policies that are user-friendly and methodical. Remember we have return policies only in limited conditions. We want our customers to learn about these policies for a happy and trouble-free shopping experience.

Guidelines 

  • If you have any problem, first send us an email at care@jollyscreation.in

  • If you receive any product with manufacturing defect or product mismatched, kindly contact us whatsapp on 8617239807 within 48 hours of the product’s arrival. 

  • Without consultation, we will not accept any product. There will be NO REFUND or RETURN without getting verified from us.  

  • Please note that returns are not accepted for any customized or make-to-order products.

  • Always mention the issue that you have with the product. Be specific about the damage while you are returning the product. 

  • If you are claiming to have received the damaged product, then we want a video of the unboxing where the damaged portion is clearly highlighted.

  • In case of product mismatch, let us know about your expectations and the details of the product that you have received.  

  • In the event of a return, we will only refund the amount of the product, not the shipping cost.  

  • Always return within 7 days of confirmation from our side. Do remember to return with the original packing and conditioning. No altered, washed, worn, or used items will be accepted. Send us a copy of the original invoice you received from us. 

  • Maintain the time duration of the return. If you exceed the given duration, then we will not accept the product.

  • We will thoroughly examine the returned product without delay. Immediate actions will be taken and will make sure of ceasing such problematic situations henceforth.  

  • The responsibility to return the product will be yours. We won’t be responsible for missing products.

  • Shipping costs will be yours in case you have to return the product.  

  • We, unfortunately, do not offer an exchange policy for the customers outside country.
